Mr. Nabil Makhlouf is a teacher of health economics and financial management of healthcare establishments. He is currently coordinator of development and international relations at the Higher Institute of Public Health of Saint Joseph University of Beirut. His professional experience includes management, teaching, consulting, and more than two decades of experience in the private sector. He previously held various management positions in the healthcare sector, particularly in hospitals, where he was general director of a hospital in Lebanon and a board member of the Lebanese Syndicate of Hospitals. He has been involved in consulting projects with international agencies related to the health sector.
