Dr. Mona Boustany is a Full Professor at Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ) with extensive expertise in corporate finance, financial markets, and family business. Holding a PhD in Management from USJ, Dr. Boustany has over two decades of academic and professional experience, including curriculum coordination, thesis supervision, and leadership in various academic initiatives. A member of the Francophone Association of Accounting (AFC), Dr. Boustany is a published researcher with articles featured in renowned journals, focusing on topics like IFRS standards, SME internationalization, and labor productivity. Additionally, she has contributed as a reviewer for AFC Congresses and actively supported mediation and professional projects in collaboration with international institutions. Beyond academia, Dr. Boustany brings practical expertise as a consultant, guiding students in bridging theoretical knowledge with real-world applications.
