May Merhej Sayegh is an Associate Professor of Management Information Systems at Saint Joseph University of Beirut. She holds a PhD in Management from Saint Joseph University. Prior to joining academia, she held various positions in Information Technology consultancy. She is also a coach and mentor in social entrepreneurship, with research interests that encompass information systems, their applications in Management and Marketing, and social entrepreneurship. She coordinates internships, elective courses, and projects funded by international institutions and donors. She is a member of the Association for Information Systems (AIS) and the project manager for Social Entrepreneurship in Time of Crisis, funded by the Erasmus+ program CBHE.She is responsible for multiple academic modules at Saint Joseph University, including Management and Organization, Digital Technologies for Business, Management Information Systems, Social Entrepreneurship, Community Management, and Innovation Management.
