An enthusiastic research scientist holding a master's degree in food chemistry, with experience in microbiology, genetics, and bioinformatics. Eager to keep learning and to pursue higher ranks throughout my career. Holding a PhD in life and earth sciences as well as in process and bioprocess engineering, I wish to continue my research and university teaching work, where I can put my passion for this field to use to inspire and educate students while contributing to the academic and scientific excellence of the university.
