Dr. Mariange Nohra Merhi, Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology with Merit and immediate Publication graduated from Paris XIII with mention "Very Honorable plus Jury’s congratulations". Psychotherapist and Psychoanalyst and Social worker graduated from Bretagne. For years, she directed the Lebanese NGO "Mouawad Foundation" and its private polyclinics. She was President of the Lebanese Syndicate of Psychotherapists & Psychoanalysts in Lebanon from 2016 to 2018. Today she is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences, as well as at the Faculty of Public Health, at the Lebanese University. Responsible for volunteering and training at the Faculty of Psychology. She’s member of several Academic Committees too, such the committee for the admission of master's projects to the Department of Psychology. She has many scientific and literary publications. On the other hand, she is a member of the jury of the Journal of Scientific Studies of the Lebanese University, and she supervises numerous research papers for master's students. She is currently vice-president of the “Piliers” Foundation and also works in her private practice. On a scientific level, she is a lecturer at the Fouad Chéhab Command and Staff College. She was also the former coordinator of the Equivalences Committee of the psychology study program and a former member of the Research Methods Committee of the Department of Psychology. She has been a guest on many psychocultural awareness media shows. Member of the World Association of Psychotherapy (WCP), member of the Lebanese Association of Consultants & Psychologists, and member of the School of Psychoanalysts of Hauts de France. She is the founder of the movement "Never Give up on Lebanon", and believes that a society can advance only when its members work on developing themselves.
