Lisa Chrabieh Beyrouthi is a prominent figure in the field of protocol and etiquette, recognized for her exceptional expertise and her dedication to promoting professionalism and cultural understanding in Lebanon. As founder and general manager of the MENA PROTOCOL & ETIQUETTE Academy 'MENAPE,' she has made it her mission to spread the spirit of protocol and etiquette in her beloved country. Lisa's academic path began with a master's in corporate marketing at the Lebanese American University (LAU) and a bachelor's in business management from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK). In addition, she holds a bachelor's in sociology from the Lebanese University (LU). To complement her formal education, Lisa also earned certifications from prestigious institutions such as the Protocol School of Washington and the Etiquette Factory. Before entering the world of protocol and etiquette, Lisa spent six productive years in brand management at a well-known Lebanese distribution company. She also accumulated more than ten years of invaluable experience in the hospitality sector, gaining knowledge of various aspects of social interaction. Lisa's life took a transformative turn after graduating from the Protocol School of Washington and the Etiquette Factory. Discovering her true passion for protocol and etiquette, she resolved to create MENAPE, an academy that would offer the highest standard of 'Protocol and Etiquette' and various training programs to a diverse audience. Her expertise has been sought for numerous high-level events and key projects in Lebanon and the Gulf, involving both the public and private sectors. Lisa has successfully managed events with international dignitaries, including ambassadors' spouses and local media personalities, demonstrating her skill in table-etiquette workshops. Notably, Lisa played a crucial role in the protocol activity at the launch of 'Our Lady of Mantara - Maghdouche,' a project dedicated to fostering connections between people and cultures through tourism in the Mediterranean region, under the patronage of the Ministry of Tourism and the UNWTO. She also contributed significantly to other notable events, such as the 'Oumsiyat Zahle International Festival.' In addition to her impressive academic qualifications, Lisa Chrabieh Beyrouthi has enriched her knowledge and skills through various academic experiences, refining her abilities in customer service, conflict management, the art of service, and strategic marketing. During her academic journey as an instructor, Lisa actively participated in various university programs and workshops (USJ - Saint Joseph University and La Sagesse University - EHL, the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne), where she deepened the intricacies of customer service. Through hands-on training and theoretical courses, she learned the art of meeting clients' needs, understanding their preferences, and delivering exceptional service experiences. Lisa's dedication to mastering the principles of customer service has become a cornerstone of her success in the hospitality sector and in her efforts at the MENA PROTOCOL & ETIQUETTE Academy 'MENAPE.' Moreover, her academic experiences also included specialized training in conflict management. Understanding the importance of effective conflict resolution in both professional and personal contexts, Lisa actively took courses that equipped her with essential conflict-resolution strategies. She learned to navigate difficult situations, mediate disputes, and foster harmonious relationships, skills that have proven invaluable in her role as general manager and academic lecturer. Lisa's passion for the art of service also led her to explore this subject during her university years. She delved into the nuances of creating meaningful and memorable service experiences, emphasizing the importance of cultural sensitivity and attention to detail. By immersing herself in this field of study, Lisa was able to infuse her work with a unique blend of cultural awareness and exceptional service delivery, making her academy stand out in its commitment to excellence. By combining her educational achievements in protocol and etiquette with the knowledge and skills gained during her academic experiences in customer service, conflict management, and the art of service, Lisa Chrabieh Beyrouthi has become an accomplished professional, dedicated to promoting cultural understanding and professionalism in all aspects of her career.
