Joseph Moussallem, a specialist in law public security, holds a master’s degree in Traffic Safety Management from Saint Joseph University in Beirut. Currently a senior instructor, he teaches security law in several faculties. Since 2008, he has served as head of public relations and spokesperson for the Lebanese Internal Security Forces. He played a key role in Lebanons traffic law reform and has been honored with several prestigious medals for his contributions.
