Dr. Jessy Rahal is a distinguished thought leader in Leadership & Human Resources around 20 years of experience in HR, Training and Career Coaching.
Dr. Rahal multifaceted experience lies in HR management, organizational structuring, leadership, strategy development, business partnering, talent management, and talent engagement.
She holds various certifications, including PHR, SPHRi, SHRM-SCP, BPS Assessor, and ICF Life Coaching.
She is a professor at several Lebanese universities teaching BA & MA students HR Courses.
