Habib Abi Aad was born on March 28, 1959, in Dfoun, Lebanon. He received his dental education at Saint Joseph University from 1977 to 1982. Subsequently, he pursued the two-year Certificate of Higher Studies (CES) at Garanciere Paris VII, obtaining his CES in biomaterials science (1983) and his CES in fixed and removable prosthodontics (1984). In 1985, he returned to Lebanon and joined the prosthodontics department of the Lebanese University as a faculty member. He was a lecturer in the prosthodontics department for a period of 38 years. He is currently a clinical teaching fellow at Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ) and is in private practice at his clinic in Sin El Fil. In addition, he is the author of several national and international articles and lectures.
