34 years of experience working in different Humanitarian context going from emergency to development and protection component. I worked with NGOs, the United Nations as well collaborated with government institutions. In recent years, I am working with persons with disabilities, supporting them in advocating for their rights while promoting awareness of their duties. I am also introducing and training the team on prevention and protection procedures. With UNICEF, I contributed to the development of engagement strategy, roadmap and tools to strengthen national Emergency Preparedness Response and Disaster Risk Management capacities applying a child-focused lens. I Worked as UNICEF head of field office (including as Officer in Charge) in Akkar and Tripoli, leading UNICEF response to Syria crisis. My work has primarily focused on refugees and displaced populations in Lebanon with additional international experience in Syria, Haiti and Lybia/Egypt borders. I have managed teams and offices for many years, with strong expertise in planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. I bring solid skills in negotiation, coordination, and collaboration with local authorities, key stakeholders, and partner organizations. I hold a degree in social work and a Master's degree in international management obtained in 2018.
