• Chef Charles Azar is a Beirut native with over 25 years of experience in pastry.
• He studied Hotel and Restaurant Management in Beirut and honed his skills in France under Meilleurs Ouvriers de France.
• Chef Azar has held leadership roles at prestigious establishments, including Four Seasons Beirut, Intercontinental Phoenicia, and Lenôtre Paris in Kuwait.
• In 2005, he transitioned to teaching at St. Joseph University IGE in Beirut, inspiring future chefs.
• As a Master Consultant Chef, he works globally on culinary projects and co-founded Le Flocon Artisan Glacier, the region's first artisanal ice cream brand.
• Chef Azar gained media recognition, debuting on MTV Lebanon in 2009 and appearing on Top Chef Middle East.
• He earned 4th place at the World Pastry Cup in Lyon and led Lebanon's pastry team to victories in 2003, 2005, and 2009.
