With more than 20 years of work experience, including 10 years in the HR domain Coaching, Carole is passionate about work for delivering quality results. She is currently a Lecturer at Saint Joseph University, an HR Consultant, a trainer for Career Coaching Responsible of Student’s recruitment at the Career Placement office at USJ. In parallel, she has competencies in Communication, Leadership, Learning and Development Skills, and holds a Certification in Train the Trainer from Florida State University (USA) delivered by International Experts. Shes also an Expert trainer in soft skills at the Long Life Learning Center at USJ, a Corporate Trainer at Formatech, a Career Trainer at La Sagesse University and at the Employability Center of Beirut (part of the Francophone University Agency - AUF). Sharing the love of giving from her knowledge and expertise without any restriction, helping leaders, clients and students from different sectors and industries to increase their personal and professional development and to better themselves, is her main objective.
