Carla Saba is a turnaround specialist, an accomplished strategic leader, and an entrepreneurial team player with global experience in providing strategic, fiscal, and operational leadership across various fields of specialty, notably in telecommunications, oil and gas, real-estate development, regulatory affairs, and management organization. She is currently deputy general manager of Berytech, managing sites, operations, and community, in addition to managing programs in the fields of youth development, student entrepreneurship, and women's empowerment and entrepreneurship. She is also a business adviser, trainer, coach, and lecturer at Saint Joseph University of Beirut primarily, as well as at the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts (ALBA) and Antonine University, teaching courses on entrepreneurship, design thinking, and innovation. While pursuing her Global Doctorate in Business Administration (GDBA) at Durham University (UK) and Emlyon Business School (France), Carla was part of the very first cohorts of executives to complete the program on inclusive strategies for the Recruitment, Retention, and Promotion (RRP) of women in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Arab region as part of the SAWI project, participating in developing new policies for building and promoting more inclusive workplaces with the Center for Inclusive Business and Leadership (CIBL) for women at the Suliman S. Olayan School of Business (OSB) at the American University of Beirut (AUB).
