1- Services: industrial tests, inspections, and appraisals; continuous technical training courses; practical lessons. 2- Research: the center regroups the two research units: Technologies and Food Valorization (TFV); Environment, Functional Genomics and Mathematical Studies (EGFEM). These two units work on 16 research themes distributed among several research axes.
