Dr. Anita Youssef El-Hajj, National Expert Consultant in Education and Director with more than two decades of experience in Special Education. I hold a bachelor's in Education and a bachelor's in Special-Needs Education, as well as an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration from Paris-Dauphine University and Saint Joseph University of Beirut. I have made significant contributions in the field of inclusive education and the well-being of children with disabilities. Since 2004, I have been engaged at SESOBEL, where I am currently Director of the Educational Department. In addition to my responsibilities at SESOBEL, I work as an Education Expert with the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education and the CRDP, supporting the inclusive-education curriculum committee. More recently, I work as a National Consultant in this field. I am also a senior lecturer at Saint Joseph University of Beirut and at the Holy Family University, respectively, where I share my knowledge and expertise with future educators, social workers, nurses, and physiotherapists. My research interests focus on Education and Business Management. I have published two articles with communications at scientific conferences. Throughout my career, I have participated in numerous training programs in the United States, France, Belgium, and Lebanon. Since 2014, I have been an Expert Trainer at the Certified Continuing Training Center of SESOBEL, sharing my expertise with educators and professionals working in the field of education in Lebanon and abroad.
