Angèle Rizk Aouad is a civil engineer with expertise in hydrology air traffic management. She graduated from Saint Joseph University and is currently the Director of the Research and Studies Department at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation in Lebanon. She also teaches at Saint Joseph University and several other universities in Lebanon.
