VISION 

Une vision pour les dix ans à venir

La Faculté des sciences de l’éducation opte pour la pédagogie de l’humain et aspire à former des apprenants dotés de valeurs d’authenticité, d’intégrité et de justice, au service d’une société humaine inclusive. Elle veille à leur assurer une formation intégrale, ciblant leur développement personnel, social, pédagogique, intellectuel et culturel. La Faculté souhaite également former des apprenants chercheurs, curieux du savoir et innovateurs afin de contribuer à l’enrichissement de la communauté scientifique, au niveau national, régional et international.

Composantes de la vision

La Faculté des sciences de l’éducation vise les objectifs suivants :

• Favoriser le rayonnement humain, social, académique et scientifique de la Faculté.
• Former aux valeurs humaines et à l’éthique professionnelle.
• Promouvoir le vivre-ensemble inclusif, au service du bien commun.
• Soutenir l’excellence académique et pédagogique.
• Consolider la recherche sous toutes ses formes.

Moyens de la vision

La Faculté des sciences de l’éducation se base sur les moyens suivants :

• Adopter un management participatif impliquant les membres de la communauté éducative dans la prise de décision et l’action.
• Mettre en œuvre des stratégies pédagogiques innovantes, tenant compte des avancées numériques, en restant centrées sur l’humain.
• Privilégier l’accompagnement holistique des apprenants au niveau personnel et collectif.
• Créer des partenariats pour soutenir la politique d’ouverture de la Faculté au niveau national, régional et international.

MISSION

La mission de la Faculté des sciences de l’éducation s’articule autour de 4 axes principaux :

1. Former des professionnels de l’éducation dotés de valeurs humaines et sociales

La Faculté opte pour la pédagogie de l’humain et vise la formation intégrale de ses apprenants, contribuant à leur épanouissement personnel et social, les incitant à se mettre au service d’autrui.

2.  Promouvoir l’excellence de la formation académique et pédagogique

La Faculté vise l’excellence humaine, intellectuelle et académique de ses apprenants en incitant chacun à donner le meilleur de lui-même. Elle veille sur la qualité des programmes académiques et des stratégies pédagogiques innovantes, favorisant le discernement et la pensée critique des apprenants.

3.  Renforcer l’alliance du terrain avec la recherche universitaire

La Faculté place la recherche au centre de ses préoccupations et l’intègre à tous ses programmes de formation. Elle vise à former des professionnels de terrain, capables de mener une réflexion et une analyse de qualité sur les préoccupations du monde éducatif.

4. Jouer un rôle au niveau national, régional et international

La Faculté souhaite jouer un rôle moteur dans l’évolution du système éducatif libanais, en répondant aux impératifs éducatifs nationaux qui s’imposent. Elle souhaite également contribuer à l’évolution du secteur éducatif au niveau régional et international.

VISION

A vision for the next ten years

The Faculty of Education adopts a Humanizing Pedagogy and looks forward to cultivating learners who possess values of transparency, justice, and equity for the purpose of serving an inclusive human community. The Faculty is keen to provide learners with comprehensive education aiming to develop their intrapersonal, interpersonal, intellectual, and pedagogical skills. It also seeks to prepare learners as innovative researchers who can contribute to the development of the academic community at the national, regional, and international levels.

Components of the Faculty Vision

 The Faculty of Education aims at achieving the following goals:

• Promote the human, social, academic, and scientific influence of the Faculty.
• Work on the development of human values and professional ethics.
• Promote community service values and coexistence values.
• Support academic and pedagogical excellence.
• Consolidate research in all its forms.

Faculty Actions to Fulfill the Vision

The Faculty of Education takes on the following actions:

• Adopt distributed leadership that involves members of the educational community in implementing actions and decision-making.
• Implement human-centered innovative educational strategies that enhance digital learning.
• Give priority to the holistic accompaniment of learners at the personal and collective level.
• Create partnerships to support the Faculty's open policy at the national, regional, and international levels.

MISSION

The mission of the Faculty of Education revolves around 4 principal axes:

1. Prepare professional educationalists possessing human and social values.

The Faculty adopts a Humanizing Pedagogy that aims at preparing the whole learner, contributing to their personal and social development, and urging them to serve others.

2. Promote excellence in academic and educational training

The Faculty seeks to achieve human, academic and educational excellence among learners and encourage each of them to do their best. It monitors the quality assurance of the academic programs and the innovative teaching strategies and promotes learners’ discernment and critical thinking skills.

3. Bridging Practice to University Research

The Faculty considers research as its main concern, and it integrates it into all its professional programs. The Faculty seeks to prepare professional practitioners capable of reflecting on and analyzing their own practices.

4. Play a role at the national, regional, and international levels

The Faculty would like to play a leading role in the development of the Lebanese education system by responding to the national educational needs and requirements. It also would like to contribute to the development of the educational sector at the regional and international levels.

In line with the Jesuit identity of the University, the Faculty aims to develop among its learners the following values:

رؤية للسنوات العشر القادمة

تعتمد كليّة العلوم التربوية التنشئة الإنسانيّة وتطمح إلى إعداد متعلّمين يكتسبون قيم الشفافية والعدالة والمساواة لخدمة المجتمع الانساني ككل،  تحرص الكليّة على تأمين تدريب شامل للمتعلمين يرمي إلى التطوير الذّاتي والإجتماعيّ والتربويّ والفكريّ والثقافيّ، كما تسعى إلى إعداد باحثين محترفين ومبدعين يطّلعون على كلّ جديد يساهم في إغناء المؤسّسة العلمية على الصعيد الوطنيّ والإقليميّ والدولي.

تضع كلية العلوم التربوية نصب أعينها الأهداف الآتية:

• تعزيز الدور الإشعاعي للكلية على الصعيد الإنساني، الاجتماعي، الأكاديمي، والعلمي
• التدريب على القيم الإنسانية والأخلاق المهنية.
• تعزيز قيم العيش المشترك وخدمة المجتمع ككل لصالح الخير العام.
• دعم التميز الأكاديمي والتربوي.
• توحيد نموذج البحث بأشكاله كافة.

وسائل الرؤية

تعتمد كلية العلوم التربوية الوسائل الآتية:

•  خلق شراكات لدعم سياسة الانفتاح التي تقوم بها الكلية على المستويات الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية.
•  تبني إدارة تشاركية تسمح بمشاركة أعضاء المجتمع التربوي في العمل واتخاذ القرار.
• تنفيذ استراتيجيات تربوية مبتكرة تعزز التعليم الرقمي مع الحفاظ على محورية الإنسان.
• إعطاء الأولوية لمرافقة شمولية للمتعلمين على المستوى الفردي والجماعي.
• خلق شراكات لدعم سياسة الانفتاح التي تقوم بها الكلية على المستويات الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية.

المهمة

تتركز مهمة كلية العلوم التربوية على أربعة محاور رئيسة:

1. إعداد تربويين مهنيين يمتلكون القيم الانسانية والاجتماعية

تهدف الكلية إلى إعداد متعلمين مهنيين وتكوينهم بشكل متكامل، والمساهمة في تنميتهم الشخصية والاجتماعية، وتشجيعهم على وضع أنفسهم في خدمة الآخرين.

2. تعزيز التميز خلال الإعداد الأكاديمي والتربوي

تسعى الكلية إلى تحقيق التميز الانساني، الفكري والأكاديمي لدى المتعلمين وتشجيع كل منهم على بذل أفضل ما يمكن. وتشرف على جودة البرامج الأكاديمية واستراتيجيات التدريس المبتكرة، وعلى تعزيز قيم التميز والتفكير الناقد لدى المتعلمين.

3. تعزيز الروابط بين الواقع الميداني والبحوث الجامعية

تضع الكلية البحوث في صلب اهتماماتها وتضمِّنها في جميع برامج الإعداد. وتسعى إلى إعداد باحثين ميدانيين مهنيين قادرين على التفكر والتحليل النوعي لمتطلبات البيئة التربوية.

4. لعب دور على المستوى المحلي والإقليمي والدولي

تأمل الكلية في لعب دور فعَّال في تطوير النظام التربوي اللبناني، يستجيب للمتطلبات التربوية العالمية. وفي موازاة ذلك تأمل الكلية في أن تساهم في تطوير القطاع التربوي على المستويين الإقليمي والعالمي.

قيم الكليّة

تسعى كليّة العلوم التربويّة إلى تحقيق القيم الإغناطيّة انطلاقًا من الهويّة اليسوعيّة الّتي تعتمد على:

• تعزيز التميز الفكريّ والثقافيّ والتربويّ والاجتماعي والإنسانيّ.
• احترام الآخرين والتعددية والحرية الفردية والجماعية.
• الاستقلالية الفكرية والتميز والتفكير الناقد.
• خدمة المجتمع والعيش الواحد.
• البحث في خدمة الصالح العام.
