Leading Organizational Change

This course demonstrates the systematic approach to dealing with the transition or transformation of an organization's goals, processes or technologies. The purpose of leading a change is to understand its reasons, determine each stage of the transition curve, implement strategies for effecting change, foster trust and teamwork during change to help people adapt quickly.
