he Management Consulting Certification Program, jointly delivered by the Professional Training Center (CFP) and the USJ Business School - Faculté de Gestion et de Management (FGM), is designed for professionals ready to strengthen their strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and consulting expertise.

Through expert-led sessions, real-world case studies, and hands-on applications, participants will learn to diagnose complex business challenges, develop data-driven recommendations, lead organizational transformation, and communicate impactful solutions with confidence. The program concludes with a Capstone Consulting Project, providing the opportunity to apply acquired knowledge to a real business challenge.
