Comiqual at the international RIPE 70 conference

The Comiqual project has been selected to be presented at the international RIPE 70 conference in Amsterdam ( https://ripe70.ripe.net/ ) from 11 to 15 may 2015.
Comiqual is a collaborative plateform for the measurement of internet quality in Lebanon, being developed by CIMTI.
