I am an agricultural engineer, graduated in 1992. After teaching for several years, I continued my studies obtained a Master’s degree in food technology in 2019. Passionate about Lebanese culinary culture and committed to preserving our history and traditions, I founded my own company specializing in artisanal products. Today, I manage a workshop and a retail shop, and my products are distributed nationally in supermarkets and restaurants, as well as exported to numerous countries.
