- Senior Lebanese Judge.- Doctor (PhD) in law from the University of Montpellier (France) specialization private law- Legal informatics cyberlaw.- Holds a Bachelor of computer and communication engineering (with distinction) from AUB (American University of Beirut).- Holds a Degree and a Master in Law from the Lebanese University.- Has been working in the General directorate of the Lebanese Ministry of Justice, in addition to my judicial work in the courts, on many development and modernization projects for the judiciary and the public administration and with many donors (USAID, European SAFE_USJ_Union, World Bank, UNDP…)- Judge at the Commission for Legislations and Consultations at the Lebanese Ministry of Justice (previously).- Judge of urgent cases and single penal judge in Tripoli (previously).- President of the enforcement (execution) bureau of Beirut (previously)- President of the First Instance Court at Bekaa district (Currently)- President of the Criminal court for minors at Bekaa district (Currently)- Judge supervisor of the (IT) (information technology or automation) projects in the Lebanese Ministry of justice.- Head (Judge Supervisor) of the IT Center in the Ministry of justice.- Professor at many Lebanese universities of law material and especially cyberlaw: “Lebanese University”, “La Sagesse University”, “USJ University”, “Lebanese American University (LAU)”, “Phoenicia University” and at the Judicial Institute of legal studies and at the Institute of Lebanese Internal Security Forces (ISF).- Former professor at “The Holy Spirit- Kaslik Univeristy” and at “The Antonine University”.- Has participated (and many times as a speaker) in many legal conferences, seminars and workshops in Lebanon and abroad in the field of law (civil and penal), IT law, E signature, cybercrime, digital evidence, E government, cryptocurrencies, artficial intelligence, combating terrorism, terrorism financing, development of the judiciary and public administration, training…- Has been member of many legal committees responsible of drafting Lebanese laws, including IT and cyber laws and working on development and modernization projects in the judiciary and public administration.
