After completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications at USJ - Université St Joseph – Beirut, Hanady Karam went on to pursue her Masters degree in Systems & Network Security from the same university.She is today a professor of Risk Management at USJ – Faculty of Engineering.With over 14 years of experience in information systems security consultancy evaluation Hanady has a strong technical expertise in IT governance, strategic planning, IT service management, risk management, ISO 27001 ISO 22301 compliance, data privacy and information security awareness.She is now Potech group COO, responsible for the smooth running of operations within the group.She also heads the group’s Marketing and Communications functions, in addition to her responsibilities as Managing Partner of Potech Consulting, offering IT & cybersecurity advisory services.
