I was born in Beirut on October 25, 1983 and am of Lebanese nationality. I have been appointed Lecturer at Saint Joseph University in Beirut since 2016 and Associate Researcher at the Denis Diderot University Laboratory, Paris VII since 2018. On April 24, 2015, I obtained my PhD in clinical psychology at the University of Strasbourg with the congratulations SAFE_USJ_ of the jury and with the recognition of a work of very good scientific quality.My thesis developed the psychopathological manifestations in the mothers of the abductees of the Lebanese war (1975_1990).For the moment I would like to extend the work of my thesis in new fields of investigation to shed light on the object already studied (grief) by taking into account the psychological and also sociological and political implications and repercussions SAFE_USJ_ of the phenomenon already mentioned.This project would have the horizon of preparing the file for the defense of the accreditation to supervise research (HDR).Among the questions that I ask myself, I wonder in particular if it is not appropriate, given the Lebanese situation, to start by examining the role that the consensual regime plays in the emergence of a state in a nation in the process of consolidation.N.B.: give a sociological and political amplitude to the object studied from a rather clinical angle in my doctoral thesis.Charbel skaff
