Holder of a Masters degree with honors in Economics International Affairs from the Sorbonne University in Paris, Irène Beucler Bouez is, since January 2021, the coordinator in Lebanon of La Guilde which supports Lebanese associations in their development and emergency projects. From 2017 to 2020, she was in charge of several projects promoting renewable energy, energy conservation, and the organization of the Lebanese energy companies market.She has been teaching at ETIB since 2017.
