Maud Jabbour, a seasoned HR professional practitioner, with effective 14 years of hands-on experience in different human resources cycle in large, medium and small organizations from diverse industries. Maud has developed her strategic and operational acumen in the design, development and implementation of HR related initiatives with aim to drive business growth, promote and support staff development and talent management. Capitalizing on her experience and academic credentials, Maud shares her knowledge and expertise as an instructor by training diversified audience: Recruitment and selection process, Internship, Human Resources Management & Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility. Moreover, Maud is a Social/Humanitarian Activist, fostering a strong future generations through empowering women and youth, and identifying sustainable solutions by delivering skills development trainings and shifting mindset to a more independent livelihood. Maud is a founder of Solidarity for Sustainability, a local NGO advocating for youth and women as pillars of the society. The mission is to improve their lives through orientation, coaching & mentoring and job integration training to become active citizens in society and contribute to its development.A C A D E M I C A L L Y, Maud is a holder of a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Université Saint-Joseph (USJ) and has a bachelor degree in business administration from the same university. She has also completed the core business trainings in building effective and productive working environment.
