Trainer at the Centre Professionnel de Médiation (CPM) at the Université Saint-Joseph (USJ) since 2013, in school mediation since 2012. Rima is a mediator at the USJs CPM since 2011. Since 2022 she has been an ISFORM Paris accredited trainer in assertiveness, stress management and conflict management.She holds a Master's degree in International Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
