Eliane Khalifé received her PhD from Paris-Dauphine PSL University and is currently an associate professor at Saint Joseph University in Beirut. She teaches quantitative methods, organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship in the Bachelor’s program (BBA), while leading courses on process management and performance in the MBA program. She is a member of the boards of Saint Joseph University in Beirut and the Faculty of Management and Administration, and coordinates the second year SAFE_USJ_of the Bachelor’s program. Her research focuses on the resilience of leaders and innovative management in unstable environments. Her work has been widely published in renowned scientific journals, particularly in the fields of entrepreneurship and SMEs.
