Rodolphe Mattar is a civil engineer with a specialization in structures, reinforced, prestressed concrete. He graduated from the School of Engineering of Beirut (ESIB) and the Center for Advanced Studies in Construction (CHEC) in Paris. He currently runs his own consulting firm and teaches at ESIB and ALBA.
