Tatiana Papazian, PhD in Nutritional Sciences, is a clinical dietitian and lecturer in the Department of Nutrition, Faculty of Pharmacy, Saint Joseph University, since 2004. Her areas of specialization and interests are mainly clinical therapeutic dietetics and maternal and neonatal nutrition.

Mes principaux axes de recherches ciblent surtout le profil nutritionnel et inflammatoire des femmes enceintes et leurs impacts sur la santé périnatale, les complications gestationnelles (pré-éclampsie et diabète gestationnel) et l’adhérence à la diète méditerranéenne des femmes enceintes et des adolescents libanais, ainsi que le lien entre le profil nutritionnel, la pratique d'activité physique et la santé mentale des universitaires.
