Nada Farhat Mchayleh is the Dean of the Faculty of Dental Medicine at Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ) the Director of the Craniofacial Research Laboratory at the faculty. She also serves as the Secretary General of the Association of Arab Dental Faculties, playing a central role in strengthening academic scientific cooperation among institutions in the region.An internationally renowned academic and researcher, she regularly publishes in leading scientific journals, with expertise in oral health and dental treatments, particularly in pediatric dentistry. She has overseen the establishment of an oral and maxillofacial surgery center, as well as the creation of a digital dentistry and artificial intelligence department, along with a dental laser unit. These pioneering initiatives have positioned the faculty as a model of innovation and excellence in dental medicine in Lebanon and the Arab world.A former member of the steering committee of the universities 7th Day operation, she is also actively involved in humanitarian and volunteer activities, contributing to the well-being of the community. She has organized several international conferences, enhancing the faculties scientific visibility and promoting dental education across the Arab world.She has collaborated with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health on a publication aimed at promoting oral health to the general public, a work that earned her recognition from the Lebanese Order of Dentists.As a member of the prestigious Pierre Fauchard Academy, she continues to promote innovation and excellence in education and research, further elevating the Faculty of Dental Medicine at USJ on the international stage.
