I am a wine and spirits producer within the family estate Coteaux du Liban, and a fervent advocate of Lebanon's unique terroir. I hold an agronomic-engineering degree from ESIAM-USJ and a Specialized Master's in International Wine and Spirits Business from the Burgundy School of Business, ranked no. 1 worldwide in this field. My academic path, internships, and hands-on experience at the estate have allowed me to acquire solid expertise in wine and spirits production, as well as a comprehensive view of the industry. I also teach the course on the spirits industry at ESIA, where I share my passion and knowledge with the new generation of professionals.
