My name is Ghida Tabbara and I am a hospitality, human resources, and management professional with over 20 years of experience in academics, consulting, and hotel operations in Lebanon and the Middle East. I am currently an Instructor at Université Saint-Joseph (USJ), teaching management and human resources, a Member of the Owner’s Representative Committee for Radisson Blu Verdun, where I support strategic and operational oversight. Previously, I held senior HR roles with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and worked as a consultant on hospitality operations and pre-openings. In addition, I designed, facilitated and trained several training programs namely, leadership, customer service, performance management, interviewing skills, public speaking, and train-the-trainer methodologies. I hold an Executive MBA from the Lebanese American University, Master’s in Sociology, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the American University of Beirut
