Toufic Jean Rizk - Pr. Toufic Jean Rizk holds a state doctorate in organic chemistry from the University Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris VI. (1984), - Professor at the Lebanese University (1985-1998), - Director of the Faculty of Public Health of the Lebanese University, (1985-1992), - Director of the Center for Analysis and Research of the Faculty of Sciences of the Saint-Joseph University of Beirut (1998-2006), - Honorary Dean of the Faculty of Sciences, (2006-2015), - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, since 2015, - Member of the Lebanese National Council of Metrology, (2004-2011), - Organizing Committee, National Conferences: 4 - Organizing Committee, International Conferences: 7 - Sworn expert with Lebanese Customs, Resolution No. 39, 1998. - International expert for food safety with UNIDO, 2003 - 2017, - Member of the Technical Committee of the Ministry of National Education and Higher Education in Lebanon, - Published several articles in the following themes: food safety, cosmetics, NMR isotope; Research Interest Score: 617.3; Citations 1,015; h-index 21; 51 publications; - Knight in the Order of Academic Palms, (2011). - Member of the High Council of Higher Education of the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
