The Board of Directors of Fondation USJ serves as the primary decision-making authority within the Foundation’s governance structure. Its main responsibilities include:

  1. Establishing the strategic direction of Fondation USJ based on the needs of the University, HDF, and the University hospital network;
  2. Organizing and overseeing fundraising activities;
  3. Managing the funds raised through the Investment Committee;
  4. Ensuring transparent allocation and proper utilization of funds for various programs of the University, HDF, and the University hospital network;
  5. Providing financial monitoring of Fondation USJ’s balance sheets.
