Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of Fondation USJ serves as the primary decision-making authority within the Foundation’s governance structure. Its main responsibilities include:
- Establishing the strategic direction of Fondation USJ based on the needs of the University, HDF, and the University hospital network;
- Organizing and overseeing fundraising activities;
- Managing the funds raised through the Investment Committee;
- Ensuring transparent allocation and proper utilization of funds for various programs of the University, HDF, and the University hospital network;
- Providing financial monitoring of Fondation USJ’s balance sheets.
