Marwan Mina joined Fondation USJ in July 2023. He holds a Master in Business and Commercial Sciences from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik and a Higher Diploma in Banking Management from the Higher Institute of Banking Studies (ISEB) at Saint Joseph University.

Before joining the Fondation, Marwan built a distinguished 26-year career at Fransabank, where he served within the Organization Department and held the position of Deputy Head of the Development and Infrastructure Section in the Front Office division. 

Drawing on decades of experience in the banking sector, Marwan brings strong organizational insight and operational expertise to his role at Fondation USJ. His professional journey reflects a commitment to excellence, discipline, and continuous improvement, qualities that contribute to strengthening the Fondation’s operational development and supporting its long-term growth.
