Individualized Student Support
The Financial Aid Office provides a confidential space where students can discuss any personal or social challenges they may be facing, such as significant financial difficulties, academic setbacks, isolation, family concerns, or addiction.
The social worker offers individualized support to students whose personal or social circumstances may affect their academic progress. When appropriate, students may also be referred to other specialized services within the University, such as academic advisors or the Counseling Office.
If you are experiencing a difficult situation or have any concerns, you are encouraged to contact the social worker on your campus as soon as possible.
Their role is to support you while respecting your autonomy and individuality.
They can help you clarify your goals in line with your interests, needs, and abilities, and guide you in mobilizing both personal and external resources.
The Office also offers a place for reflection, guidance, and orientation, helping students develop practical solutions and action plans when difficulties arise during their university journey.
Disability and Accessibility Support
The Office supports the reception and integration of students with disabilities or long-term health conditions.
It works with the Inclusion Office coordinator to improve accessibility and support for students across all campuses.
Students are encouraged to come forward before administrative registration to ensure that appropriate support can be arranged.
As your main point of contact, the social worker will assess your needs and coordinate the appropriate support measures. You are welcome to contact her to discuss your situation.
