Identification, séquençage et propriétés de souches de bactéries lactiques isolées des produits laitiers libanais

Description :

A large variety of traditional dairy products will be collected from different Lebanese rural areas. These products will be analyzed for quantifying and identifying new strains of Lactic acid bacteria. The testing will be initiated with a thorough microscopic analysis of the bacterial cultures to observe their physical characteristics. Then biochemical tests will be undertaken to classify the types of bacteria found. Finally a genetic sequencing of the bacteria will be performed to determine exactly their type and identify the new strains of Lactic Acid Bacteria.
