This study targets finding a correlation between the radiological pBIC assessed on a presurgical CBCT and the implant placement modality. Immediate implant placement with simultaneous sinus floor will be assessed based on this pBIC, a new sinus classification (Zhang 2019) and implant macrogeometry.
