The CSR implementation of HR and its impact on employees 5. The company benefits of CSR implementation 6. CSR Reports (Annual Reports/Newsletters) CONTENT The importance of ethics and corporate responsibility in HR Management (Caroll’s CSR pyramid); The relationship between HR, CSR and Business Ethics; The role of HR in embedding Corporate Social Responsibility, sustainability and Ethics; - The CSR implementation of HR and its impact on employees; How ethics and corporate responsibility affect the growth and sustainability of the company; What are the challenges and dilemna they face in the CSR implementation?; The nine principles of sustainability performance; - CSR Reports (Annual Reports/Newsletters).
