Cette unité d’enseignement permet aux étudiantes et étudiants de développer une vision stratégique des projets à mettre en œuvre en réponse aux problèmes ou besoins d’un groupe ou d’une collectivité. Visant le développement de la communauté concernée, cette UE propose de même des outils de montage d’un projet afin d’assurer toutes les conditions requises à sa réalisation.
