The Center supervises students and researchers and provides expertise in the following areas: smart grids, renewable energy, power quality in electrical networks, integration of renewable energy sources into power systems, distributed generation systems, environmentally friendly converters, modeling and control of static converters, electric drive systems, haptic systems, advanced control, thermal systems, green buildings, electromagnetic pollution, fiber-optic and wireless communications, antenna design, communications and modulation, mobile radio and 4G networks, quality of service in networks, and energy efficiency.
