The Chair of Road Safety Management focuses on the MENA region, aiming to deepen understanding of the factors behind road insecurity and its consequences. Its research seeks to develop and propose tailored solutions to identified challenges and to support initiatives that promote progress in this field.
The Master’s program aims to train a new generation of managers specialized in road safety, equipped to design and implement effective policies addressing the root causes of road insecurity and to contribute to sustainable mobility in the region.

Area 1: In-depth analysis of road insecurity factors and their consequences through data collection and analysis
Area 2: Development of political, economic, and communication strategies to improve road safety, including machine learning approaches
Area 3: Innovative engineering solutions for road safety in the MENA region
Area 4: Road user behavior: effects of aggression, stress, and attention on driving performance using driving simulators
