Senior HR Consultant & University Instructor Doha is a senior Human Resources professional, consultant, and university instructor with over 20 years of experience across banking, humanitarian, academic, and consulting sectors. She is recognized for her expertise in HR strategy, talent development, recruitment, performance management, and organizational transformation, with a strong focus on aligning human capital with organizational goals. As an HR consultant, she supports organizations in assessing and improving their HR systems, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing effective people management practices. She most recently served as HR Director at the Lebanese Red Cross, where she led the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the organization’s operations across its various sectors and branches. Prior to this, Doha spent twenty years at Emirates Lebanon Bank, where she held several progressive roles, culminating in her position as Training, Development, and Recruitment Manager. She was responsible for designing and managing career development programs, succession planning, and training initiatives, as well as overseeing recruitment processes and performance management systems. In parallel with her corporate career, Doha has developed a strong academic and training profile. She is currently an instructor at Université Saint Joseph (USJ), teaching communication and negotiation skills to engineering students, and has previously taught leadership, negotiation, and corporate governance at the postgraduate level. As a certified trainer, she has delivered numerous programs in Lebanon and abroad covering HR practices, leadership, negotiation, and key soft skills. Doha is currently a PhD candidate in Human Resources Management at the Lebanese University and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Université Saint Joseph. She is also actively engaged in community initiatives, delivering sessions that support youth employability and leadership development.
