Marianne Eid BouDoumit is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, specialized in family therapy and couple therapy according to the systemic approach. She followed a rigorous bicultural program within Le Lien Systemique (Lebanon) and the IFATC (France), which allowed her to develop solid and nuanced mastery of various therapeutic methodologies. Driven by a constant demand for quality and for keeping her practice up to date, Ms. Eid BouDoumit has obtained several certifications, notably in schema therapy delivered by the International Society of Schema Therapy in 2024, in 'Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention' (CFTSI) from Yale University in 2022, in psycho-organic analysis with the French school EFAPO in 2010, as well as a diploma in cognitive and behavioral therapy from Saint Joseph University in 2008. Her career spans more than ten years of practice as a psychotherapist in private practice, where she supports individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Alongside her clinical activity, she has worked as a clinical psychologist with organizations such as Embrace in Beirut, contributing to the mental-health support of young adults and working to raise awareness of mental-health issues. Ms. Eid BouDoumit is also a trainer within Le Lien Systemique, where she teaches the systemic approach, supervises therapists in training, and designs workshops aimed at strengthening the therapeutic skills and personal resources of professionals. She currently holds the position of Director of Studies within this institution. Her humanitarian commitment is a major axis of her career. Marianne has participated in international missions with organizations such as Doctors Without Borders and the National Mental Health Program (NMHP), providing essential psychological support to people affected by health crises, notably during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has also worked as a child psychologist at AUBMC and as a school psychologist in numerous private schools. Beyond her clinical and humanitarian work, Ms. Eid BouDoumit is an active member of the Lebanese Order of Psychologists (since 2022), where she represents Le Lien Systemique and contributes to maintaining professional and ethical standards in training. She is also a member of the European Family Therapy Association (EFTA), a role she has held since 2025. Ms. Eid BouDoumit's career reflects a constant commitment to mental health, education, and humanitarian action. The diversity of her experience, combined with demanding continuing education, makes her a recognized professional in her field.
