Josiane is the project manager of the “Baby friendly program” at CMC, she is always eager to support and follow up new mothers in the “challenging natural process” of breastfeeding. She also provides prenatal breastfeeding education for expecting couples, as part of a satisfying birth experience. She has 24 years of experience in midwifery care; 6 years of them as head midwife and 10 years in the training and development of health care providers (midwives). She enjoys assisting her colleagues to reach their full potential in the job to provide evidence based education and support for /delivered couples in the pre and immediate post-natal care. Apart from her involvement in the pre and post-natal mother and baby health, Josiane enjoys practicing yoga and singing.
