I graduated with a degree in Nursing from Saint Joseph University in 2003 and have been working at Hôtel-Dieu de France (HDF), where I have developed extensive clinical expertise as well as significant experience in nursing supervision and care organization. Academically, I completed my initial nursing education at Saint Joseph University and subsequently obtained the French State Diploma in Nursing. I then furthered my education by earning a University Diploma in Critical Care and Intensive Care Nursing, as well as a Master’s Degree in Nursing Sciences, specializing in Healthcare Services Administration. This academic background enabled me to strengthen my advanced skills in specialized nursing care, healthcare service management, and organizational leadership. My professional career has been built within highly specialized clinical departments. I worked for sixteen years in cardiology and cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, followed by six months in the cardiac catheterization unit. I also worked in general surgery, which contributed to broadening and consolidating my clinical skills. I currently serve as a Nursing Manager within the Directorate of Nursing. In this role, I organize nursing activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality and safety of professional practices. I also serve as the hospital’s reference person for the Clinical Nursing Examination and am an active member of the Training Unit, where I contribute to the initial and continuing education of nurses. In this capacity, I participated in training nurses in Lebanon on the Clinical Nursing Examination in 2020, trained nurses at Saint Charles Hospital, and provided instruction to first-year students at Saint Joseph University in 2025. Married and a mother of two, I balance my professional, educational, and managerial responsibilities with commitment, rigor, and a strong passion for knowledge sharing.
