Dr. Wassim El Hage is an experienced physiotherapist and a passionate social entrepreneur, with more than 15 years of experience working with people with special needs. Holder of a Doctorate in physiotherapy and a Master's in entrepreneurship and innovation, he is the founder of Agonista, a pioneering social enterprise in Lebanon dedicated to the vocational training and employment of people with intellectual disabilities. Since 2016, Dr. El Hage has been a professor at the Lebanese University, where he teaches courses on inclusion and socio-professional reintegration for physiotherapy students. Recognized for his commitment to inclusion, he has developed several innovative training programs and collaborated with local and international organizations to promote the integration of people with special needs into the professional world. His efforts have been rewarded with several international distinctions, underscoring his social impact and his leadership in social entrepreneurship.
