Dr. Ibrahim Bou-Orm (MD, MPH, PhD) is a physician and global public-health expert. His research focuses on the analysis of health systems in fragile and conflict-affected settings, particularly in the Middle East and Africa. In recent years, he has worked as a consultant for international NGOs and United Nations agencies, notably WHO EMRO and other WHO offices across the Middle East. Dr. Bou-Orm is also a senior lecturer in global health and social sciences at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) in the United Kingdom and an associate professor at Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ) in Lebanon.
